PHASE TWO: REBUILD AND RESTRUCTURE

Once immediate rescue operations are complete, CAG shifts focus to rebuilding homes, restoring businesses, and reconnecting families with their communities. Many disaster survivors lose everything overnight, so we work tirelessly to help them rebuild their lives. Our skilled labor teams including construction experts, electricians, engineers, and volunteer help repair damaged homes and structures, ensuring that people have a safe place to live. For those who need temporary shelter, we assist with relocation efforts and transitional housing solutions.

Local businesses and community organizations are the backbone of any town, and CAG plays a vital role in helping small businesses recover and reestablish operations. We ofell r legal aid to homeowners and businesses facing land disputes or insurance challenges, ensuring that they receive the support they need. At the same time, we continue to care for rescued pets and livestock, rotating them through our foster program until they can be reunited with their owners or placed in new homes. This phase is about rebuilding what was lost, providing stability, and restoring normalcy to affected communities.
